Influencer Who Spent $26,000 To Look Like A Bratz Doll Shows Her Face Before All The Surgeries

A woman who claims to have the ‘world’s largest lips’ has gone viral after revealing what she looked like before diving into cosmetic surgery and spending a fortune.

These days, it feels like doing something wild or extreme to your body is one way to find fame online. Just look at the guy on TikTok who’s only working out one side of his body — that’s the kind of stunt grabbing attention.

People with eye-catching or controversial appearances often rack up followers fast. But with that rise, many of us end up comparing ourselves to unrealistic standards, especially when celebrity beauty trends dominate what we see online. It’s no surprise that so many end up feeling unhappy with how they look.

But for Andrea Ivanova, it wasn’t a celebrity who sparked her transformation. The Bulgarian influencer reportedly spent over $26,000 on lip fillers alone, driven by her dream of resembling a Bratz doll.

Sure, the Bratz dolls were known for their big lips, but Andrea has taken things to a whole new level. Over the last seven years, she’s had numerous procedures — not just lip fillers, but also chin shaping, jawline work, and cheekbone enhancements. She’s truly gone all in.

Andrea said: “‘I like exaggerated things like huge lips, a face with many fillers, heavy and eccentric make-up.”

“I don’t like boring ordinary appearances and I am a fan of huge shapes and eccentric beauties. Natural beauty is boring to me so I decided to change my appearance radically.”

Even though doctors have raised concerns and her appearance has made dating tough, the 27-year-old has made it clear that she’s aiming for a bold goal — to have the biggest lips and cheeks in the world, no matter what others think.

She added: “‘My doctor was afraid to inject more hyaluronic acid into my lips, but I was adamant that I wanted more, and I will not stop.”

“I wanted to do six procedures at once. Until now, I always did these on different areas of the face on different days.”

People often say ‘beauty is pain’, and in Andrea’s case, that’s become a pretty literal truth. While the journey has been difficult and sometimes painful, she’s not planning on hitting pause any time soon.

She confessed: “I have pain all over my face right now and my jaw and chin hurt a lot.”

“It’s hard for me to smile because of the pain in my cheekbones and there’s a pulling sensation over my face.”

Andrea is no stranger to criticism, especially when it comes to her appearance. But she recently turned heads once again by posting photos showing how she looked before all the surgery and the transformation is really something else.

At the end of the day, Andrea points out that she’s an adult who’s made her choices. And if this is what brings her happiness, maybe people should respect that — even if there are real risks involved, like potential necrosis.

She concluded: “You shouldn’t judge people for their looks. It’s their taste and no one has the right to be offended because of it.”

“I think I’m going to carry on doing multiple injections in one day going forward, as it makes me very happy.”
