Tragedy Strikes  Young Woman’s Life Cut Short by Someone She Trusted… See More

Jennifer Robyn Bernard, best known for her memorable role as Terry Brock on General Hospital, has tragically passed away. A beloved figure in the soap opera world throughout the 1980s, Bernard starred in 145 episodes between 1984 and 1990, winning the hearts of fans with her powerful performances and emotional depth.

Authorities confirmed that her body was discovered earlier this week in San Jacinto, California. Police responded to a report of an unattended death on Tuesday, later confirming Bernard’s identity through fingerprint analysis. The Riverside County Coroner’s Office has scheduled an autopsy, but the official cause of death has not yet been disclosed.

Though she stepped away from the spotlight after her soap opera career, Bernard took on a final screen role as a psychologist in the 2002 film Voices from the High School. Despite her quieter later years, she remained a treasured figure among longtime fans and former co-stars.

Her sudden passing comes as yet another emotional blow to the General Hospital community, which is still reeling from the recent loss of Jackie Zeman, who portrayed Bobbie Spencer for decades.
